low voltage power pack
This is the 4th power pack I've had to order. It seems that the timer quits working or it gets a short inside after a 3 or 4 year period. The product is excellent, but work needs to be done on making them last longer. I realize it runs 24/7, but I have other things that run 24/7 also and they don't die in 3 or 4 years. It is not overloaded, but indeed under the rated capacity. Hope Intermatic gets this and works on improving their already good product.

Economical power source
While I only have this transformer loaded with 40 watts, it has performed perfectly for the past 7 months. Simple and economical landscape lighting power. I recommend never loading a transformer to more than 80% of its advertised capacity.

Timer kupot
Within a month the timer wouldn't turn on the light. Seems the plastic wheel is just not substantial enough to handle a number of cycles. Now I've got it on a light sensor switch and have to hear the motor running the timer. Not what I hope for.
