The Regular Paring knife is Rada's most popular knife. This is because it is the perfect size for so many cutting tasks such as quartering apples, cutting mushrooms, celery, and green beans--the list goes on! Rada cutlery is made of surgical quality, high carbon stainless steel. The solid cast brushed aluminum handles create a 'feel good in your hand' balance for superior comfort. Hollow-ground blades ensure a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention and sharpness. Hand wash and dry immediately after use to prevent discoloration of the aluminum handle. Like all Rada Cutlery, this item carries a lifetime manufacturer guarantee against defects. 3 1/4 inch blade, 6 3/4 inches overall.

Customer Reviews
I'm Sold on Rada Knives
I started buying Rada cutlery at one of the big Home & Garden Shows because I was tired of cheap knives and of peelers that just didn't work. This parer is simply the best for the price - you don't need to spend a fortune on the German brands - this U.S. made knife is every bit as good at a fraction of the price.
The knife stays extremely sharp - I've nicked myself a number of times when I got too close to what I was cutting. You can keep the blade super sharp by using the Rada sharpner, so there's no need to replace this knife ever.
The only drawback, if you are into appearances, is that the handle will discolor if it is not dried after washing or if you allow it to sit in water. Also, these knives should not be put in the dishwasher if you care about appearance - the handle will get darkened and somewhat pitted.
Paring Knife
I bought this paring knife because of how satisfied my personal care attendant was with the cutlery set. I was not disappointed, the design and light weight of the knife makes it easy to hold and use during those times when a person needs to perform a lot of chopping.
RADA paring knife is the best ever!!!!
I reach for this knife every time I need one in the kitchen. It stays sharp for a long time and it's the perfect weight.
One reviewer on here claims its not for the "cutlery enthusiast" and then has the nerve to claim $5.00 is too much to pay for a knife!!! Get real!!!
I just order 10 of these in case they stop making them, which I doubt.
