Oh Yea!
Have read many reviews about this on the fuzzy issue.
Well it's bamboo and it needs to be taken care of.
Get some mineral oil and "Season" the cutting board.
After rubbing the oil on it a few times the fuzz goes away.

My opinion on this board it's great, and saves my Henckles blades.

Nice cutting board
Very nice board. Easy to take care of. I bought some wood oil to treat it with and it keeps the board in good shape. I use Global knives to cut my bread with and the combination of the knife and the board are perfect. Both are very high quality products.
