Product Description
As Europe becomes one of the most important battlegrounds in the global fight against terrorism, U.S. cooperation with European counterterrorism efforts is more vital than ever. Despite often-heated rhetoric, authorities on both sides of the Atlantic have adopted similar methods—and faced similar difficulties—since September 11. In this timely study, Treasury Department advisor and former FBI analyst Michael Jacobson explored diplomatic, legislative, and tactical approaches that can help Western governments overcome their shared challenges.
