So Far So Good
I've gained 20 pounds since June of this year, so I finally cracked down and decided it was time to get back into shape. I had a hard time controlling my appetite and finding the energy to run again.

This product has really helped me with that. I was a little aprehensive about trying it because other weight loss products made me jittery and nauseated. I take the full recommended dosage of Lipo 6 Black Hers and do not experience any jitters or nausea at all. Instead, I feel energetic, alert, and I've noticed that both my mood and concentration have improved in the 2 weeks that I've been taking the supplement.

So far I've lost 5 pounds but it feels like more than that. I'm still working out a diet and exercise routine, which is the most important factor in weight loss.
