Excellent Customer Service and Great Vacuum
I found this vacuum model through Consumer Reports as one of the higher rated models. The first vacuum I ordered was defective (stopped working within the first few minutes of use). I sent an email explaining why I was returning it and chose to have it replaced. The communication was easy and even set up a pickup of my return by UPS the next day (free of charge)! The same day UPS picked the old one up from my house, the replacement was shipped. I got it in less then a week and am 100% satisfied.

The suction is great, even when using the attachments. This was especially important since I have carpeted stairs. The vacuum was well packaged and looks great! I didn't think it was particularly loud; sounded the same as any other vacuum I've had. Also, I didn't have any problem carrying it up and down my stairs, so the weight wasn't a problem either. I would highly recommend this product, especially for the price!

Good suction but looks like a used piece
If you are looking for an affordable vacuum, this is fine. The Vacuum I received looks old, though a few parts are new. Like one other review on this, the indicator lights are covered up with a black sticker. The piece I recieved also had a scotch tape in the base that was broken. I don't have the time to return and request another one.. so just using the same one. But if you are looking only for a good working vacuum, this would do.

Great Performance So Far but Not As Described
I received it timely and tried it out, so far it's working perfectly with great suction. But the item with the description above is not what was sent to me. The model number for the item they describe above is U5753-960 and the model that they actually send is U57009RM which is the older version with no fancy buttons. Other than the misleading description, the item works well for the price I paid for it.
