Blue Hoover, no attachments
Order this Hoover after reading one positive reiew. My Hoover came from Amazon with rust on the wheels and looked like it came from a garage sale. It was blue in color, not the red as pictured. It did not come with the attachments. I called Hoover and they said remanufactured items don't come with attachments. Poor product, I do not recommend. Buy a new one instead.

Great job, hit or miss with attachments though
I ordered this to replace a very old Panasonic that was pretty much on its last legs. This vacuum outperforms it hands down, and I REALLY like the bag less canister. Pretty easy to clean and put back together, but when I called Hoover to tell them that I was missing the power brush that was listed, they told me that when they rework and repackage the returned units as refurbs they only send out what they came back with, so if it didn't come back with a power brush it didn't get packaged as such. If I wanted one, I would have to pony up $25 for a new one (shipped). Amazon is trying to make this right by shipping me a replacement, hopefully it includes everything. I almost gave 5 stars, but it seems to burn up belts easily. I tangled up a lanyard that was under a couch and the belt snapped before I could turn the vacuum off. In the 5 years I've had my Panasonic, I have never snapped a belt. And of course, the fact that accessories are not guaranteed to be packaged in with refurbs. The last reason is that the unit I received was a bit banged up, but it's a refurb, so I can't complain too much. If everything came in the box, a solid 4 star product.

Great buy on a great vacuum!
I was a little apprehensive at first in buying a remanufactured vacuum. However, for the $55 cost delivered, I figured what the heck and made the purchase from Amazon. Two days later the box arrived. Super fast shipping! Upon opening the box and removing the parts, the vacuum appreared to be new wrapped in plastic with only one very small scratch noted. Also came with the factory instruction manual. Very simple to put together. So much so that my 8 year old took on the task and did great. I liked the removeable and washable HEPA filter feature especially.

We plugged the machine in and tested an area on the carpet about 10 square feet. I immediately noticed the clear dust cup begin to fill with debris as it swirled around inside. VERY impressive power/suction. The retractable power cord works great. The hose with hand attachments are very well made and durable. Looks as though they will last long. The vacuum also has a headlamp which actually worked quite well as it illuminated the area below the table nicely, allowing me to see dog toys I didnt want to suck up.

The call came into me the following day at work from my wife which sold me on the item. She couldnt get over how well the vacuum worked and had nothing but good things to say about it. Said the carpets looked entirely different. And these are carpets that are cleaned almost daily. We previously had a much smaller and compact Hoover that was alot lighter and easier to use, but clearly didnt have the power of this one does.
We highly recommend this vacuum.
