Customer Reviews
Excellent value for the price!
I bought this as an additional Christmas gift for my five year old son, and minus the slightly awkward positioning of buttons and gagets (requiring two people to operate until my son got it figured out) it was really fun! I believe I paid 10.00 for it, so I was not expecting much, but this toy was a hit!
Disappointing....
I agree with other reviews that this required a lot of coordination. It is too flimsy to stay upright on its own while you crank the wheel and try to press the button to launch the car. You have to hold it steady with a finger on the launch button while cranking the wheel and then try and align it with the target at the same time. My 5 year old had some considerable trouble mastering the coordination and grew impatient. He loved the concept and the noise etc but got frustrated quickly with the work involved and ended up playing with the cars and launching them at the target himself. This kept him happy for some time, but he has not gone near it since.
If they could make it more stable on the floor it would be a lot more fun to play with, I think.
My son loves it.
Large and rather durable for the hot wheels items (which often aren't at all.) It's a very cool toy and my son plays with it for a long time. Be aware that it's a loud toy.
