Steven Hunt, Ph.D., SPHR, is chief scientist for Kronos Talent Management Division. He has helped designed staffing assessment processes that have supported hundreds of thousands of hiring decisions for positions ranging from entry-level staff to senior-level executives.

Excellent Text and Resource Book
This text provides understandable and detailed information through out every chapter that is practical and informative. As a HR major, this is one book I will not be selling back at the end of the term, but keeping on my shelf for my future career.
