Great Book For Human Resource Basics
This is a great book for anyone starting out in Human Resources or someone that runs their own small business. I use this book with my company Laurel Placement to help with basic and more in depth behavioral interviews it spells out what to ask and what NOT to ask to protect yourself or your company. It also has some great basic forms and checklists, and How-to's that cover a vast amount of the HR function.
Very Informative
Very well written and applied. Great book for a quick understanding of the HR system.
