PHR and SPHR Certification Guide
Unfortunately, I was under the impression this was a study guide - it was not. The book focused instead on the steps required to take the exam. The exact same information is available on the HRCI website (HRCI.org)
It was ok!
This guide was useful but very limited. It gave a realistic view of the exam. However, it was limited and was not a good study aid.
