Customer Reviews

Very good book for HR people4
This book is realy specialized in competencies of HR people. sometimes it talks too much about the interviewees but i recommend it for any one who want to know about HR competencies deeply.

Not What I Thought I Was Buying2
I was hoping to find a step-by-step outline on how to develop meaningful competencies. Instead it is a report on the research on the competencies required to be an HR Director. Not what I was hoping for.

Looking at the true purpose in managing the human potential5
A must read for those interested in improving their professionalism as HR personnel to move and motivate organizational membership to community accountability. Outstanding!
