easy to clean wrap
wrap fits tight and can be wiped off with a damp cloth instead of having to remove filter,clean,dry,re oil.this wrap will cut down on your maintenance time allowing you to clean the actual filter less .

How to protect an Air Compressor
I manage a large physics laboratory and can't afford to lose compressed air for even a short time. Along with periodic maintainence, I protect the intake from dust and dirt using a 3" X 4" K&N cylindrical pleated filter and this filter wrap to reduce cleaning cycles.
K&N is the only choice for both my cars and my critical equipment.

This seems like an odd item to order from Amazon, but an Internet search established them as the best source.

The item was promptly shipped and it works as advertised. If you have a K&N filter, this will help keep the bigger dust particles out and it is easier to clean than the entire filter.

Although the air filter wrap arrived promptly, I am still waiting on the K&N filters I ordered at the same time. If they say that there will be a delay in fulfilling the order -- believe them. Four weeks and counting.
