This book is a nice break from the typical clutter. It focuses on giving insights to the reader from the actual employers themselves, on how to stand out from competition and deal with the search process from start to finish. We highlight Chapter Six, "Common Myths & the Realities About Hiring," as something every jobseeker should read.

We don't recommend unusually creative approaches that some people have taken, as you've probably read about people wearing billboards and passing out resumes on the street to all sorts of crazy things. What we do recommend are the strategies Levinson lays out in the book-laying out a strategy plan, getting interviews and standing out in employers' eyes.
