Excellent survey of contemporary Japanese architecture
This book features many great contemporary Japanese architects with details for each project. Most of the leading designers in Japan are included such as Kazuyo Seijima, Toyo Ito, Kengo Kuma, FOBA, etc. Included is a good essay by noted scholar Gunter Nitschke, an expert on Japanese architecture and gardens. Great images and drawings. A highly recommended book.
