Customer Reviews

A funny, clever book that my elementary age kids devoured from cover to cover5
I am a homeschooler and my children take piano lessons from another teacher. We recently moved to another country and I am now teaching them their school and piano lessons. I was looking for a resource that would be something where the kids could get guidance on practicing without it coming from a nagging mom. This book is fantastic - it has cute cartoon displays on every page to illustrate what the author is saying in a very humerous and light hearted way. The kids remembered the suggestions from the book about practicing and retained the guidance. Now when they're playing something too fast, I just ask them - what did the book say about that? They giggle and sometimes even show me the cartoon to remind me.

Easy read5
This book was a quick read with great information for piano parents, students of piano and teachers of piano. I sat down and read it in a day.

Not Until You've Done Your Practice!5
As a private piano teacher with more than 30 years experience,I like this book because it is easy for students to read and give some thought to their practice.
