But fast forward just 87 days, and his newly-created, from-scratch, secret direct response Mortgage Marketing System turned his $5,000 credit card investment in his first mailing into $75,000.00 in fees, over the next 57 days.
And as it turned-out, it was no fluke! Within just 18 months more, Scott Tucker went from working from his makeshift kitchen "office," in his 1-bedroom Chicago condo, to a brokerage of his own, and taking it from $442,356.77 in annual fees, working full-time & by himself, to adding 1 part-time assistant, cutting his own hours to part-time, and raking-in $731,019.95 in annual fee income!

This book is so unprofessional that I am sick!
This book should be called "Blatant Self-Promotion with some Bikini Girl Shots." No kidding! At the end of each chapter is a page supposedly taken from a trade magazine and worked into just about every margin is a picture of a girl in a bikini! What the hell are these pictures doing in a mortgage marketing book? to get me to look? To get me to pay attention? What a joke!
On top of that there is absolutely no useful information other than "yeah, I charge the maximum the law allows because no one asks me about fees." Wow, something to be proud of! There are tons of references to go to his website and employ his marketing system which he only alludes to. Hey, I thought I bought your book to learn about your marketing system?!
This book is a total rip-off! Scott Tucker may have figured out how to make money for himself but he certainly can't distill his success into a book! Why would anyone do business with him once he brags about the fees he charges? Again, just plain unprofessional.
DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK!
This book is a SCAM. Scott Tucker "alias" - Im sure - just trys to sell you his direct mail list service - a total waste of money! Amazon.com should STOP selling this fake book. And there are tons just like this one. Waste of money. Follow his good reviews. Leads on a trail of madness. Congratulations - you found a way to rip people off.
Not a mortgage broker.
I bought this book because I knew of Scott Tucker. I'm not a mortgage broker. I was just curious to see what the author had to say.
First let me say that the point of the book is to give you a good taste of Scott's further Marketing Systems and services. The book is promotional in nature, like most business books written by experts.
So why did I give it a 5? Because you really get your moneys worth.
The book is compact and is a fast read. He gives several compelling reasons that a low fee doesn't work as well as a higher fee. He gives you ideas on how to put your marketing on auto-pilot. He shows several samples of articles designed to promote your mortgage service, and how to cheaply advertise for maximum returns.
Marketing your Mortgage Business is the number one challange facing you, as it is in any business. Mr. Tucker concentrates on THAT.
Well worth the price of admission.
