These are my favorite nursing pads. They absorb a lot of milk, and are shaped in a perfect dome with a pleat at the bottom. They only have one adhesive sticky, so the pad doesn't get stuck all over the place.

Absolutely indispensable. I have another boppy-shaped pillow, but only the Boppy has the "miracle middle" that stretches to fit around your waist. There are also endless selections of cute covers for it. And trust me, you will need more than one cover. Baby tends to spit up onto the pillow from time to time. Also you might want two boppies, one for upstairs and one for downstairs.

We received this breast pump courtesy of health insurance. It is competitive with the Medela, and comes with a car charger (for long roadtrips - not while driving of course), batteries and an electric plug-in. You can also convert it to a manual pump.

It's handy to have some reusable breast pads as a backup. They don't look good under clothes, but I will wear them at nighttime.

Not as supportive as the La Leche League bra, the Medela bra is incredibly soft and comfortable for night-time wear. By the way, you'll need several of these. They also get dirty quickly (spitup, milk, etc).

This is a pretty and sweet nursing bra, about as pretty as they come. It looks like a bra, not a sports bra. And yet it's very supportive, and they come in large sizes too!

The BornFree bottle is nearly as "breast-like" as the Adiri, and it is a lot less leaky!

These pads are great for large-breasted woman as they have more surface area than the Medelas. They are equally absorbent.
