The shoe that wheezes
First off, let me say that I love Hush Puppies shoes. They fit like a glove and are much more comfortable than any other business shoes I have tried. I still use a different make of Hush Puppies shoes for my work and play needs. This particular design is the only one I have ever been disappointed with.

The design is good, and the initial fit is wonderful. But not long after I started using them on a daily basis, the air bladder in the heel broke. It might have been because I had to run to the station to catch my train once. But, I have been told that likely when it was shipped to me overseas in an unpressurized cargo hold, the bladder might have ruptured or weakened. whatever the reason, the shoe now wheezes with every step. Also, without the support of the air bladder, the shoe has become less comfortable, and I occasionally get heel pain.

So, if you are going abroad, don't put the shoes in your luggage, or try running to catch the train while wearing them. If you do, you may ruin an otherwise good-looking shoe.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and I do a lot of walking. They are light weight but support your feet very well.
