Fantastic book for anyone who knows a child with DS5
I love this book! It is well written, contains great photos, colorful pages, and it has an awesome message! Ben describes his life and every so often asks "have you guessed my secret yet?" Towards the end of the book he explains about Down Syndrome. At the end he says "you can call me "special" but...most of all I hope you will call me "friend." As a special education teacher I appreciate the fact the book is really not about DS, it's about Ben. Bravo!

*~WONDERFULLY BEAUTIFUL BOOK!!~*5
This book is so simple and real. My son is now 20 months old and while he's simply Eli to his brothers and sisters they've become aware of him being different because of others. And so the questions came.."what's it mean?". After giving my own explaination of it just meaning he'll do things a little slower I knew I needed something more. This book let my kids know that their brother is just that, their brother. In all his glory and cuteness, and special way. It let them know he's different but amazingly the same.I LOVE THIS BOOK!!

Hi I'm Ben Review5
We loved this book so much, we ordered a copy to donate to our elementary school library. It helped our sons kindergarten class understand his limits & his qualities. AWESOME BOOK. Highly recommended.
