About the Author
Much has changed since 1976 when I began writing and recording my first hypnosis tape, and since 1979 when I recorded my first subliminal tape. My name is Barrie Konicov. I am the author and voice of Potentials Unlimited tapes.

I began my hypnosis career in 1976 by conducting group "Weight Loss" and "Stop Smoking" classes in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As part of my classes I wrote two tapes, one for each class. Later, I would go on to write and record over 200 tapes. My intention was to bring the benefits of hypnosis to every household.

Over the years I trained at four hypnosis schools, and joined two hypnosis organizations. In 1981 I began training people to become hypnotists and started the World Congress of Professional Hypnotherapists.

Currently, I live in AZ while my daughter Stephanie continues the Potentials Unlimited tradition.
