Cocoa with a kick
Whodda thought chocolate and chili could get together in such a happy way? Add the cinnamon and this cocoa is a real winner, especially on a cold night.

Great Adaptation of Mexican cocoa!
The company Chuao wins again! This little So Cal company has the best handmade chocolates hands down. Chuao Chocolatier melds traditional European techniques with world-class Venezuelan chocolate and fresh, natural ingredients to produce the finest handmade chocolates,
so I wanted to try their cocoa. I was not disappointed. It lives up to it's SPICY MAYA name, too! If you have ever been to Mexico and tried the hot cocoa there, this cocoa is very similiar. YUMMY!

This is the best hot chocolate mix on earth!
I discovered Chuao as a student at UCSD. This hot chocolate was my favorite little treat then and now the mix does it absolute justice! The mix is best best if prepared hot (it doesn't work too well as a cold drink). The unique mix of chilli and Venezuelan chocolate gives this drink a nice kick you won't find anywhere else. I just wish they sold the 2 lb bags on Amazon.
