Exceptional Learning Tool
Find exactly what you need to do in Photoshop and follow the easy illustrated steps. There is no need to read the book, got a difficult project, look it up and it is finished in no time at all. This book contains tips & tricks used by Photoshop Pros worldwide.
I purchased three of these books (for myself and two friends). Lynette Kent has an easy to follow writing style. I look forward to new books by her.
Secrets We Don't Want People to Know About
As a Photoshop User and Printmaker, this book gives away a lot of secrets that most photographers do not want the general public to know. Three quick examples come to mind. # 80 - Paint a Digital Watercolor, # 85 - Give a Photo an Artistic Edge, and #89 - Make a Photo Look Like a Gallery Print. Luckily, I have told my clients that I created these effects with the computer. I can sleep at night knowing that my clients were aware of this. Woe to the photographer who charged an outrageous fee and did not tell his client that these were relatively easy to perform with Photoshop. I also learned how to create a very cool shadow with # 69. Thanks, Lynette!
So clear and helpful!
I love the creative projects in this book. Not only are
they clear and easy to replicate, they are really worth
trying out. Thank you for showing me how to create a
watercolor in Photoshop.
