| With knives, the better the quality (not price) the better the knife. I personally purchased a cheaper sashimi knife which works very well. The Global knives are what I use now and I'm much more satisfied, but I will say a cheap sashimi knife is immensely more useful than a regular chef's knife. Remember, buy the best quality you can afford. | ||
