Jeanstar Women's Morgan Corduroy Flap Back Pocket Pant
A great fit, soft, comfortable. Sits below the waist, but not too low. Also tried the Docker's Corduroy slacks but returned them.

These are a winner for the price and the fit. Ordered two more pair.

These are the most comfortable cords I have ever owned.
They feel great, fit great, and look great. I could wear a size 6 or 8, but I ordered the size 8 for extra comfort.
