The best tasting bar out there!5
I've had more than my fair share of protein bars and energy bars over the years. They fill me up in the morning, provide a quick and more nutritious snack alternative in the afternoon and help me stay on track with my diet. Unfortunately, most of them taste like seasoned cardboard. Of all the bars I've tried (atkins, pria, luna, slim fast, etc), including other south beach diet bars, this one is by far the best tasting one I've come across. I'm not big into chocolate and it seems as though many bars available have chocolate something in them, which this one does not. This bar really hit the spot in terms of flavor and it's so filling, a big feat for someone who craves protein all the time! I would highly recommend the south beach cinnamon raisin bar to anyone who regularly eats protein bars.

These have to be some of the best tasting bars out there. At only 140 calories, they make a great snack before or after a workout-without loading you up on calories. The other good thing about them is that they have 10 grams of protein- which means you stay full for awhile (studies have shown that between fats, carbs, and protein, its protein that stays in the stomach longer than the rest- leaving you with a full feeling longer). So unless you hate raisins or cinnamon, give 'em a try! Also recommend the Omron HJ-112 Digital Premium Pedometer if you're looking for a good pedometer.

South Beach Diet foods by Kraft are all in line with the SBD guidelines. This one is particularly tasty and filling.
