Less than I expected
After reading the other review, I bought the Paradise Greens and was sadly disappointed. It's true that the colors are subtle and there's alot of options in this palette, but they do NOT last all day at work! The brushes provided are of poor quality, and the shadow itself does that annoying dusty thing, getting eye shadow dust all over the place once you've opened it. The one plus is that it doesn't crease, it just fades away after a couple hours.

If you want an eyeshadow that REALLY lasts all day, I recommend Revlon's 12-Hour Color Stay. Great colors, palette comes with four complementing shades, and it stays as fresh as if you just applied it, all day with no creasing or fading. I'll be sticking to my Revlons for work and using this thing for dates.

More Than I Expected
I recently threw out all my eye shadows, which actually were the duos by Avon. Although it was hard for me to part with them, they were just getting really old and I felt it was time to buy new, fresh eye shadow. I saw the Water Colors palette and thought it would work out great, considering it includes a variety of different colors (neutrals, plus some blue, purple, and grays). At first I was hesitant to purchase this because the blues looked a little too bright in the catalogue. But I decided to take a chance and bought the palette anyway. I am SO glad I bought these colors!! They are ALL just absolutely gorgeous, and the purple and blues are perfect...not overly bright at all. As far as the quality of the shadows, the colors are easily blendable and last throughout the entire day at work.

Average eyeshadow, good colors, not made in USA
I got this in Neutral Tones and use it with the Avon Magix primer. The shadow seems average to me, although I like the variety of colors. Two of them shimmer a little bit which I like. I tend to have a bit of shine/oil on my eyelids by mid-day, so this shadow creases and fades like all others do (but maybe this is just due to the oil on my lids). Other people said the the applicators are small, but aren't all applicators in these kinds of compacts small?? No big deal there. I hate to say it, but one of my colors cracked and little chunks of it fell out. I was hoping it is made in the USA, but it is made in China. Overall, I will keep it as the sale price was good and I like the colors.
