What a great book. Frank has taken a worthy approach in writing this book. Why should you buy this book over other RE Investing books? The answer is simple...Burst This puts substance, strategy and real scenarios into play and makes it easy to read and understand. Frank goes a step beyond authors like Kiyosaki who get you hyped up about something without giving you an actual education. If you have never done a RE deal or have done many you will get your monies worth from reading this. This book is a good one to have on the shelf and should be re-visited occasionally.
