Dissatisfied
I wouldn't know how this item rated actually. When I ordered I was informed the items were in stock and were being shipped. I later received an e mail assigning a tracking number. Three or four days later I received an e mail telling me that this item was no longer in stock. I sent the company an e mail which was never answered. I also rated this company on your web site. By the time I was informed that this item was no longer in stock, it was too late to order from someone else so my grandchildren got a gift card instead. It was rather an unsatisfactory substitute I might add.

Franklin has poor notification policies
On Dec. 7 I ordered a Franklin Dallas Cowboys youth uniform... plenty of time for Christmas. They never gave notification that the item was out of stock until Dec. 20. I had no time to purchase a new one for Christmas. The one item that my 6 year old wanted never came.
