Marcy Recumbent Magnetic Bike
I bought this bike based on one review -- and it was, also, 5 stars. It took my husband less than an hour to put together. It is compact and super quiet. I am 5'6" and my husband is 6'1" -- and we can both ride it comfortably (although he doesn't use it). It does have a 300 lb weight capacity limit -- but other than that -- for the money -- you can't beat it. I really enjoy it. I only wish that my treadmill was as compact and as quiet (plus, the treadmill cost several hundreds of dollars more). I am more than pleased with the product. If you are looking for a recumbent bike -- this is a winner for the $$$. Great for back pain, also -- which is what drove me to go for a recumbent bike after using one in physical therapy. It is much different from the normal stationary bike -- so, please -- don't confuse the two.
Great little bike
This is the perfect bike for a small living space. You don't have to put on the side handles, so it will fit in a very small space. The digital readout is very useful and will automatically shut off after a few minutes of no activity; this is great for saving battery power. My only issue is that there doesn't seem to be much difference in resistance between levels 1-8. However, overall I'm very happy with the product and I use it 5 days a week. Well... 4 days a week but I'm trying for 5 ;)
Well built machine
A nice heavy bike that will take lots of use I think. Easy to put together with no problems. The tension you can set on this is amazing. Lots of differance between the easy tension setting and the harder setting. I am 6 foot two inches tall and fit the unit with ease. This bike is rated up to 310 pounds for a user. Very quiet, not even a whisper while in use.
