Outstanding guide. For medical pts, Ferri's/Harrison's/etc are ALL GOOD but I like this one best. NONE are pocket friendly (huge), but BUY ONE & get used to it's set up. Tab the pages that you use most. Great for disease path/phys/treatment, but mark things like constipation, agitation, pain mgmt, n/v, hypokalemia, etc. THOSE are the things the nurse will wake you with in the middle of the night.
