Beautiful story of women friendship--the friends of a woman who dies from cancer spread her ashes across the U.S. in places significant to her. One of those heart books that really touch you to the core!

I love Anne Lamott. Sometimes her stories are hard to get through, but they are always deeply personal and easy to identify with. One to study if you're interested in writing (her writing book Bird by Bird is fantastic).

When I told a friend I was reading this, she said she envied me for being able to read it the first time. Now I totally know what she meant. It is an experience, an immersion in Renaissance Italy. Dunant's main character is fiesty, intelligent, and interesting. I loved it!

I love Kristin Billerbeck and I devoured this, the first in her Spa Girls series.

Picoult is never boring! I loved reading about the Amish life and the mystery unraveling throughout this court drama.

Although I wasn't quite as blown away as I expected, I really enjoyed this read about girls becoming women in China.

Really fun story about a 50-year-old who finds out she's pregnant by her ex-husband.

Cozy mystery--really didn't like it nor would I read more in the series.

I don't read a lot of young-adult fiction, but I read this for review and I actually thought it was great. A story about two misfit teens who fill in at Disney World when the characters go on strike.

I listened to this on CD. Really enjoyed the tale of two sisters, one of who is a "fallen" media figure, living in NYC.

Second book in a young-adult series about a teen who has visions. The topic is handled really well and I found it very interesting and a great read!

Another Love Inspired...I was disappointed at how the author handled the story. It's a great premise.

Second in the Smart Chicks mystery series, I absolutely loved this book! Couldn't put it down until I was finished.

I really liked this cozy mystery set in England. Claire Camden is a professor and writer, and she intersperses tales of the figure she is writing a biography about with the tales of the mystery as it unravels.

Second in series--better than the first.

An old guilty pleasure--I love this little romance novel.

Good advice, interesting. I still wish someone would write a book on how to be a SAHM when you are the breadwinner!
