Our cases are presented in the IRAC format (Issue, Rule, Analysis and Conclusion). Each case uses a text symbol preceding the Issue, Rule, Analysis and Conclusion of the case referenced.

Buy the Casenotes instead
This supplement reads like a professor at a large university asked every student to take one case and write a brief in IRAC formula. Some briefs are on point with the right kind of brevity, and others are way out of left field. Some briefs missed the point of the case altogether. Others have useless facts and details that actually make the brief more reading than the excerpt in the case book! I'm putting this one away and ordering the other.
