This is the 1st time I have used shea butter.I have always used regular lotion on my face. At 55 years old nature and gravity are tring to take over so I decided to try something different. I really like this stuff. It's quite solid in the container but when you put it on and rub it in it softens and feels oily but that's a good thing. Although I haven't used it for very long it appears to be helping with fine lines and it sure does make my face feel real soft. I use it at night before bed, a little bit goes a long way and one jar will last for a looooong time.

I love mineral makeup, but it is just too drying for me. I'm 56 and my skin already tends to be a little dry. So in looking for something that would give alot of moisture prior to applying mineral makeup, I found this. Whoopie! It works great. It's not for the faint at heart though. Many would find it too greasy but I love it. The mineral makeup becomes one with this stuff, not even any settling into crevices around the eyes. Not one tight feeling all day and my mineral makeup stays on great. I don't think it's the fountain of youth, but my skin's holding up pretty well!

I love this product! It's fabulous! Very silky, not grainy at all like some shea butters. It's unrefined so it retains all it's healthful properties. It has just the right hint of lavender. I used it through my entire pregnancy and it kept the stretchmark monster away! I'm a fairly slender woman and was ALL baby. By rights I should have had a roadmap on my stomach! Not one. Not even a hint of a stretchmark! I love it!
