Good one by Roach! Another wonderful album, if you can find it is "DESERT GOD" by Vic Hennegan. I wish this album received more notoriety. My second favorite of Roach after his Structures from Silence, but it is hard to pick out which one is better. Try out Javi Canovas' "Nights of Brightness". My favorite Garrison. Good artist and a truly nice person. We will miss you. There is a tribute album to his memory out there as well if you can find it. Sagan did a wonderful job of mixing great classical selections with EM (Electronic music)I picked up some Tomita and Vangelis after hearing this.

Powerful piece! If you like this type of music I also recommend "Riddle of the Sphinx" by Michel Genest and Anton Mizerak (it may be hard to find)

I remember hearing this played in a planetarium when I was young. It still moves me to this day. Highly recommended!! Note: I am recommending the Symphony, not just this particular recording. It is the only one I have so that is why it is here. So for the negative voter I will clarify this.

If this isn't used in Planetariums, it should be! A must buy!! If you like Reaves style, you may enjoy "Kubusschnitt". It reminds me of a soundtrack for yet to made space epic. Relaxing. Another female EM artist who has many albums on Amazon is Bekki Williams. Maybe her album "Shadows Of The Wind" may be the place to start. Some of her music reminds me a little of the great EM artist Andy Pickford (See also Binar& National Space Centre Concerts. A recent find. Captivating! Another recent find SYN, which plays Berlin School EM music (eg., Similar to Schulze and Tangerine Dream), has a great new album out called "Syn 61 Cygnus-Alpha" Samples of SYN can be heard here: (http://www.groove.nl/cd/6/61086.html) Also suggest "MoonWater" by Rudy Adrian. VERY ambient. This CD would fill a room with sound! His album Starfield is also very good.

This one can really help you fall asleep gently. While viewing the stars, this is like a heavenly choir. The "Light of Tao" and "Inner Sanctum" by Aeoliah are also very good.

This may seem like an odd choice, but if you listen to the whole album and not just the famous theme, you will see what great Planeterium music this makes. I forgot about this one. I used to enjoy it while reading astronomy books. I still like Ancient Isles by Richard Searles, but am limited to 40 selections so I chose to remove that one.
