Great product
I bought this "power generator" (it is actually a rechargable portable battery with an ac inverter) to supply power for my Power winch. The set up is used to pull my boat the last few feet up my jet dock. I know, TMI, too much info. The important thing is it works great. Holds a super charge for the longest time. Many boat pulls with out recharging, and is clearly marked, easy to check the remaining charge. An all around good item that I would recommend for both auto and marine use.

I had researched similar products. This was the one best suited for marine applications and Amazon had the best price if you consider the free shipping.

Great Power Unit
Forget the power units that have a tire inflation included. They compromise on power. This unit has both 12 volt DC and 120 volt AC for a dual purpose. I especially like that it can be left charging and will not overcharge. When jump starting a vehicle, you can attach the cords to the battery without electricity flowing into the cables and then turn the jump start on - This is a great safety feature. It also has a great meter to show the level of charge. My old unit (different brand) only lasted a short time and then would not recharge.
