Spicy?2
Overall, not horrible for a rehydrated dry soup cup. Plus points for nutrition. But really.. I'm dying to know who decided to call this SPICY black bean soup. It's truly pretty bland. Add hot sauce for flavor

Health Valley Vegan Soup5
I have been enjoying the soups from Health Valley, especially vegan ones. We are three at home. My son loves Zesty or Spicy black bean soups, my wife loves split peas soup and I love both but, my favourite is lentil with couscous soup. Although the soup is very tasty, healthy, filling and above all very easy to prepare, I jazz it up a bit when I prepare the soup at home. I add a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar or a tiny amount of splenda, a tea spoon of lemon juice and some time, some paprika powder. I follow the instruction otherwise. The best time to enjoy this soup is around noon or between meals. Initially I found these soups in local super market, in the health foods section. In Miami at Publix souper market, but I found it convenient to order from Amazon.com. the price is very competitive. I have tried other vegan soups as well, Nile Spice and Mc Douggal are also good. I found the McDouggal soup does not hydrate easily, the dehydrated rice floats! Overall my first choice is Health Valley Soups. It is a godsend for vegan people who are not rabbits.

This was horrible1
This will not rehydrate. I like McDougals, and Health valley split pea. But, this stuff --> yech
