meditation made easy5
If you want to improve the quality of your life there are many ways to pursue this. The easiest method I have found is meditation. Meditation can be done almost anywhere and anytime. I have been introduced to several techniques over the years and Sarah has been by far the most knowledgeable and enjoyable instructor. So, I now use only her meditation practices. Her CD is simple and practical to follow.I eapecially enjoy the crystal bowl healing sounds. If you are unable to meet with her personally for meditation instruction I highly recommend her CD as a perfect way to lighten up your life. Vera Suppo, Arizona

If you're like me, you want to get to the point of things quickly. Sarah McLean does this, by getting to the heart of what meditation is, and what it can do for you. She addressed what gets in the way (which helped me to keep it from getting in the way), what happens along the way, and what results come from meditating.

The CD leads you through a few different kinds of meditations too, which was really fun. This allowed me to see the effects on my body and my consciousness with each. As a past student of Sarah's, I find this CD complete in step by step instruction. Sarah has put her heart for meditation in this CD. If you are not able to attend a private session with Sarah this CD is the next best thing to being there. A must have for anyone who currently practices meditation or is a beginner.
