All this and a high incidence of keyboard and screen failure! Did I mention that it also frequently has trouble sending and receiving messages?

Buy new: $0.01 BEST BUY - The LG Lotus and the Samsung Rant both debuted the Sprint One-Click software and thus are very similar. Both phones allow for streaming web apps on both the homescreen and carousel. Both phones can do a lot for a low price. Very sturdy, neither device break or malfunction easily. Excellent mid-priced feature phones.

Buy new: $0.01 WORST BUY - The original LG Rumor was a disaster. Poorly built hardware, screen and keyboard failure, powering-down, garbling, the works. Unfortunately many people out there still have it and are stuck in contracts! The Rumor 2 simply does not have the stuff to save the Rumor franchise name, especially when the more functional and feature-laden Samsung Rant is competitively priced.
