Customer Reviews

Better than Gatorade.4
It's not a wonder supplement that will keep you from becoming tired, but it does seem to do a good job fighting dehydration and cramps. I certainly prefer it over sports drinks and it's cheaper.

150 servings is slightly misleading. 1 scoop = 1 serving, but there's no recommendations for how much water you should actually mix with 1 scoop. I find 2 scoops to 1 liter is pretty effective. Have not tried putting three scoops in a liter yet, but will probably give it a go next time. With 2 scoops in 1 liter of water you get a slightly salty taste that is barely noticeable and not a deterrent at all when you're exercising and thirsty.

I'm happy with the performance of this product.

Exactly what I wanted - pure electrolytes, no BS5
I was waking up to severe cramping about once a week for a month or two before I started taking Endurolytes. I had to take action after having severe cramping two nights in a row - once in my right hamstring and again in my right calf. Both cramps lead to muscle pulls that lingered for about a week. I also had chronic cramping in my right foot when I curled my middle toes... I'm young and healthy, so what's the deal!?

I did some research online and read that electrolyte imbalances could consistenly cause my symptoms. I started scouring the Web for a cheap and straight-forward source of electrolytes. It was actually tough to fine... most sources were sport drinks that were full of sugar and had incomplete electrolyte profiles (sodium and potassium alone are not ideal).

Eventually I found "Endurolytes". It's perfect... it's literally nothing but well-balanced salts, which is all electrolytes are, really. There are no fillers, no sugars, and no additives. A serving is literally thimble-sized and can be added to any drink, protein shake, or whatever.

I take one serving before bed with water or a protein shake and, wouldn't you know it... I haven't had cramping since! The problem disappeared overnight, and hasn't come back in 2 months. It's funny how something as simple as a thimble of salts can make all the difference.

Good! Cheaper than store bought electrolyte water4
I mainly bought this because the cheapest store bottled water with electrolytes was 1.29/ 1.25liters. I find that mixing any more than half a scoop in a 16oz bottle is too much. You will really taste and see the difference. The water will no longer be clear but will appear cloudy. Best bang for the buck and it is actually effective.
