Editorial Reviews

Review
"…well-written, interesting, excellent summary book--helpful in both Intro and Techniques as a preview and as a review. Advanced students [doctoral & ed specialist] have given it positive feedback."

"I really appreciate the simplicity and breadth of this text… the book is small and non-threatening to new students in the field, and there are references for further research."

Customer Reviews

essential counseling basics5
easy & quick read. practical advice for beginners. Highly recommended!

Excellent book4
This book is for advance or begginner therapist. It's very easy to read and it's small enough to be put in your bag. Very good purchase.

Easy to read but VERY fundamental4
Although the book was easy to read and easy to move around in, but it was embarassingly fundamental. I only suggest this book for those who truly are "beginers".
