Screams for an update
These 2 stars are admittedly arbitrary as in its time, this book was probably an excellent one. All things age, and so do books on desktop musicmaking. The computer music train has reached Warp 5 and left a book from 1994 in stardust. If you're a desktop music historian, go for it for both research and sentimental value! Others: see if an update ever leaves the printing press.
