a slim volume
I was already very familiar with this technique and topic when this book came out. It does lay down a nice foundation for working with this approach to guitar playing and, fortunately, there are additional resourses now available online. For those with a great interest in this subject I would suggest they take a look at the many lesson pages available at tedgreene.com.
