While this cd is obviously tailored towards a stress filled society and is to be recommended for that I personally enjoy the relaxing music of [...] The two cds I possess have a variety of stunning sounds tailored towards the relaxation market which I can recommend anyone looking into this particular genre. Relaxation CD
Great CD to listen to when coming home from work. It really relaxes all your muscles and takes away the tension.
Great background for going to sleep...
My wife and I have long used soft music backgrounds for when we read or as we go to sleep. We found Stephen Halpern in late 2006 and enjoyed used his "Sleep Soundly" CD for many months. Looking for something new for Christmas 2007, we tried "Effortless Relaxation" and like it even better! Both of these are based on being unobtrusive and when using them to go to sleep, we never hear the end portions of the CD - we are already snoozing.
