Signs is the Second Collaboration Between Bombay-born, London Raised DJ / Producer Badmarsh and Bombay-born, London Resident / Classically Trained Musician Shri. The First was 1998s Dancing Drums. And While it was a Potent Amalgamation of Percussive Asian Breakbeats and Club-carved Basslines, the New Endeavour Takes an Altogether Broader and Deeper Approach. Starting with the Spiritual Title Track (The Lyrics--performed by Original Nuttah UK Apache--are a Metaphor for Life Itself), the Album Proceeds to Unwind in Many Unexpected Directions. Although Cuts Such as Swarm, Tribal and Get Up See the Duo Revert Back to the Dancefloor Vibes of Dancin Drums, the Rest of the Album Delves Into Moments of Beatless Bliss and Windswept Beauty.
