wonderful for yoga
incredibly soothing and stimulating at the same time. im like pavlovs dogs when i hear it. yoga time! i have both shamanic 1 and 2, but i use this one 99% of the time. i highly recommend it not only for practicing yoga, but as background for cleaning and just getting ready to face the day. its also great for quieting down at the end of the day.
A good CD
I also own Shamanic Dreams. This is an excellent sequel. If this is your type of music, I highly recommend it. It is good for Reiki, Qigong, Tai Chi and meditation.
Good music for yoga
Finding music that is appropriate for a yoga class is very challenging. This CD is very appropriate, for both a dynamic asana practice or a gentler style
