save money buy it
the stand works perfect. easy set up and very sturdy. i use an mxl mic which is no more than 3 pounds and the stand doesnt tilt. if you go over 4 pounds you should definetly put something on the back of the stand to make sure it doesnt tilt. for the price its good
Okay quality...you get what you pay for
This mic stand does the job. Quality is sufficient for amateur uses. Price is not bad.
Works great in Texas
The Boom & Stand work great for me. This combo is not much more than the Stand at Retail Stores here. It's like getting the Boom for nearly nothing. They both are Standard size for the attachments you would expect to use with it. I don't know what the problem was with the Negative Reviwers, but it's all great for me.
