ScarsickScarsick by Pain of Salvation
Buy new: $17.98 / Used from: $5.99
Controversial, Brutally honest, very adventurous musically; A new respect for the band. Read my review please. [5/5]
Black Holes and RevelationsBlack Holes and Revelations by Muse
Buy new: $12.99 / Used from: $8.49
A very good and addicting album. I've already listened to this way more than I listened to "Absolution." [4.5/5]
The EraserThe Eraser by Thom Yorke
Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $6.59
Very good. I didn't like the last Radiohead album as much, but this is more of a "Kid A" style. It has grown on me rapidly... [5/5]
Power WindowsPower Windows by Rush
Buy new: $7.97 / Used from: $4.35
This is probably my 2nd favorite Rush album so far behind Test for Echo. Every song is brilliant. [5/5]
Floating WorldFloating World by Anathallo
Buy new: $11.99 / Used from: $4.75
A very nice, eccentric indie band. Read my review :) [4.5/5]
The Long GoodbyeThe Long Goodbye by The Essex Green
Buy new: $14.98 / Used from: $4.50
This is a wonderful, playful little indie rock band. I like it! a lot! [4.5/5]
JuturnaJuturna by Circa Survive
Buy new: $12.98 / Used from: $3.75
A very good "emo"/indie/alt-rock band. Very melodic, no screaming or whiny lyrics. Very nice. [4/5]
Relationship of CommandRelationship of Command by At the Drive In
Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $5.18
Suprisingly good, pretty much my first music of this style, "Post-hardcore" or whatever, but I like it. Will probably get their other albums fairly soon [4/5]
SunburnSunburn by Fuel
Buy used from: $2.00
I've liked many of these songs for about 6 or 7 years but I never owned the album. Recently, I changed that. This album is Fuel's best I beleive. [4/5]
A City by the Light DividedA City by the Light Divided by Thursday
Buy new: $13.98 / Used from: $0.98
A very good Thursday album. I like the direction they're going. No more screaming... You can call them a sellout for doing that but I've always thought the screaming was too much. [4/5]
Hold Your FireHold Your Fire by Rush
Buy new: $7.97 / Used from: $5.98
A very good rush album. Very good indeed. [4/5]
Sleep Has His HouseSleep Has His House by Current 93
Buy used from: $8.96
Kind of "lush" for Current 93, with a lot of accordions and keyboards. Not acoustic driven but the songs have the same feel as most of the folk albums. (and I'd still consider it a folk album) [4/5]
Soft Black StarsSoft Black Stars by Current 93
Buy new: $15.98 / Used from: $10.88
Probably the most depressing music I've ever heard, very soft and piano-driven, and like above, I'd still consider it one of their folk style albums even though there's no acoustic guitars. [4/5]
Permanent WavesPermanent Waves by Rush
Buy new: $7.97 / Used from: $3.70
Another great, classic Rush album. [4/5]
The Novella ReservoirThe Novella Reservoir by Novembers Doom
Buy new: $14.98 / Used from: $6.88
I dont think I like it *quite* as much as Pale Haunt but it's good... [4/5]
Love in the Time of ScienceLove in the Time of Science by Emiliana Torrini
Buy new: $8.97 / Used from: $4.95
A nice, relaxing pop album from this Icelandic vocalist. [4/5]
HomeHome by The Gathering
Buy new: $9.98 / Used from: $4.01
I don't like this as much as "Souveneirs", maybe it will grow on me.. [3/5]
Fantastic PlanetFantastic Planet by Failure
Buy new: $11.98 / Used from: $3.64
I don't like this NEARRRRRRRLY as much as "Magnified" so far at least. [2/5]
