Full of Outstanding Ideas
This is a wonderful, hardback book with hundreds of inspirational designs. Unique, attractive business cards presented in an artful layout with plenty of white space. An excellent reference and idea source.
Nice variety of cards
Despite its really ugly cover, this book contains a large selection of beautiful and clever business cards from many different disciplines. Though not all of the designs seem worthy of being printed in a book, there is plenty of inspiration here: colors, shapes, die-cuts, materials, or even just different ways of presenting contact information. While most of the cards come from image-conscious industries like design and fashion, not all, and I'd love to see even more diversity in future books. With so much f*ugly, ad-hoc crap in the world, it's refreshing to see, say, a construction company with a beautiful logo and card (e.g. Measure Twice - p. 63).
Best of Business Card Design is the BEST
The book is a great resource! As a graphic artist, I've panned through the pages for ideas. It's even better when my daughter has her business card design published in this issue! It's no wonder I purchased 5 of them!
