I'm very disappointed in the watch we bought as the second hand broke off. Is there some way I can get a new one or get my $ back?

Minnie Mouse watch
Fun, wondering how long the battery will last since it is an older model. The second hand is very useful. Too small to have Minnie's arms as the moving parts.
